Similar to wine tasting, coffee cupping teaches the palette to appreciate coffee's body, substance, mouth feel, and subtle nuances. Andrew Barnett, owner of Ecco Caffe, and Drew Cattlin, coffee expert, will lead the event, giving you the opportunity to fully enjoy Ecco coffees with a chocolate pairing thrown in.
